Returns policy

I am an International customer, how do I return an item?

Any International returns must be paid for by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the item is returned safely. We recommend a tracked service is used. If you are an international customer (non UK main land) please email: info@debrisonline.co.uk Please include your order number, full name and details of the item you wish to return. Our customer care team will be able to process your return request and provide all the information you need to return your goods safely

Do I have to pay to return my items from the UK main land?

Yes, I'm afraid so. But we do not charge administration or re-stocking fees for returns as some other companies do. In the unlikely event that any item you receive is faulty we will refund the postage.

Can I track my order?

Not at present. but we will email you when your item has been dispatched. Most jewellery items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which should arrive the day after we send them. Items ordered on Saturday will not be posted until Tuesday. Parcels containing crystals or fossils will take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive.

How long will it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within 5 working days of our receipt of it. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, so if you paid by card the same card will be refunded.

What if I have worn the item or removed tags?

We do not accept returns of worn or used items. Each returned item will be carefully examined and checked for signs of use when we receive it and before refunds are processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We hope you love your new jewellery, crystal or fossil but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations please email us details of what is being returned, who is returning it and why. We are then ready to process a full refund quickly and efficiently from the moment we receive your parcel. Please ensure you return items unworn, undamaged and carefully packed in the original packaging within 7 working days of receiving them. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please retain proof of postage. For your own protection we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a registered signature from us when we receive the parcel - we use Royal Mail special delivery because it fulfills these criteria.

If I want to cancel?

Under the United Kingdom`s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Debris, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing or by email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to info@debrisonline.co.uk.

We can only accept returns if they are unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and issues a registered signature from us when we receive the parcel.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Is there anything I cannot return?

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings are non-returnable.
